About the Product
Bone broth is a nutrient-rich liquid made by slow-simmering animal bones (often with connective tissue, marrow, and vegetables) for an extended period. This long cooking process extracts collagen, protein, and minerals, creating a broth with a thicker texture and deeper nutritional profile than regular broth or stock.
While broth is typically simmered for a few hours using meat and vegetables and has a lighter flavour, and stock is made by simmering bones for a shorter time to create a base for recipes, bone broth focuses on maximum nutrient extraction. It’s prized for its high levels of collagen, amino acids, and minerals, making it a functional food for health and wellness.
The Broth Kitchen’s Bone Broth stands out for its commitment to quality, nutrition, and flavour. We use local, pasture-raised beef bones rich in nutrient-packed marrow, paired with fresh, local ingredients—never preservatives, antibiotics or additives. Our broth is slow-simmered, ensuring maximum extraction of collagen, protein, and minerals for unparalleled nourishment.
Each 100g delivers 9.2g of collagen and 12.5g of protein, making it up to 3x stronger than most broths on the market. Designed for modern lifestyles, it’s not just a broth—it’s a wholesome, clean, and versatile superfood for everyday health and wellbeing.
We package and deliver our broths in glass jars, which can be reused or recycled.

We have sourced the best local, pasture-raised bones, ensuring the finest quality and taste for our broth.
While our vegetables and herbs are 100% organic, the bones we use are pasture-raised rather than organic. Why? Because pasture-raised cattle are allowed to graze freely, producing bones that are rich in nutrients and collagen—perfect for creating a deeply flavourful and nourishing broth.
By combining organic vegetables and herbs with the highest-quality pasture-raised bones free from antibiotics and hormones, we ensure every batch of broth is as wholesome and beneficial as possible.

Absolutely! Bone broth is rich in gelatin, which helps protect and repair the gut lining, making it beneficial for those with digestive issues or a leaky gut. The amino acids in gelatin, like glycine and glutamine, support healthy digestion by reducing inflammation and strengthening the intestinal barrier.
Bone broth is also simple to digest, making it a gentle yet nourishing option for soothing the stomach and promoting overall gut health.
The amount of collagen in supplements varies widely, but most collagen powders provide between 5g and 10g of collagen per serving (usually a scoop of 10-20g). In comparison, The Broth Kitchen’s Bone Broth delivers 9.2g of collagen per 100g serving, offering a higher dose of collagen in a natural, whole-food form.
Unlike supplements, which often contain isolated collagen peptides, our bone broth also includes gelatin, amino acids, and minerals, providing additional benefits for joint health, skin vitality, and digestion. It’s a flavourful, nutrient-packed alternative that nourishes your body more holistically.
