Meet Noor – Founder & Chef

A Passion for Healing Through Food

Hi! I’m Noor. After graduating from Le Cordon Bleu London, I spent 16 years as a health and wellness chef, working at retreats around the world. My philosophy has always been simple: food should heal, nourish, and bring joy.

When I settled in Lisbon, I noticed a gap – high-quality bone broth wasn’t readily available. Inspired by my passion for ancestral remedies and modern wellness, I launched The Broth Kitchen to share this transformative superfood with others.

Today, I combine traditional techniques with the finest ingredients to craft bone broth that’s as beneficial as it is delicious.
